Allen Lee

Allen Lee most recently worked at Capitol Films, where as VP of Corporate Development he helped raise financing for corporate and library acquisitions and film production.

Previously, he worked for D.B. Zwirn & Co., a multi-strategy hedge fund, where he helped originate, negotiate and close private loans for entertainment-related properties.

Prior to that he was the Director of Corporate Development at Lionsgate Entertainment Corp., where he was involved with library valuation and the Artisan merger.

He started his career as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc.  He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from U.C. Berkeley.
