Co-founded by Adrian Sexton, who oversaw digital for two media/IP companies, Lionsgate and Participant Media, and founding partner of strategy consulting firm, TAG Strategic, New Medici’s background in market research and analysis creates value for its clients, strategic partners and investors.
NM/AP aligns traditional businesses and angels with newco digital business models organic to their industries.
- Clients: Traditional businesses and industries, angel investors and high wealth individuals seeking scalable digital business models to support or add new value to their current businesses and portfolios.
- Core Concepting: We focus on concepting businesses with core utilities in fragmented markets, business and financial planning, fundraising/financing investor pitches, and executing on the newco development and deployment needs.
- Products: New Medici provides SWOT analysis with market research, business concepting, planning and supportive fundraising of new models, while retaining a share of equity and advisory retentions. Models are supported with multiple entry and exit points.
- Scale: Under the Accelerator Program, newco businesses are scalable on a b2b, b2c or b2b2c level, leveraging investor financial risk against New Medici’s resources, operations and networks.
- Backoffice: New Medici operations allow businesses to pursue downstream newco businesses without the requirements of internal head count.
- Development: Scaled to support quick IP creation and company growth which includes virtual fixed fee engagements with developers and operational staff, while partnering with creative UI/UX , backend technology providers.
- Current Projects: Citizen Pro, SendBetter/SaidBetter, Social Fit, SlingWear and Personalistic.

Past funding experience includes:
- Mr. Sexton’s work with Participant Media, including the greenlighting of social marketing portal TakePart.com ($10M+ investment); and executive committee work involving Summit Entertainment distribution and funding ($1B), and film investment from Imagenation Abu Dhabi ($250M)
- Mr. Endo’s modeling of the Warner Bros. and Abu Dhabi Media Co’s partnership ($1B)
- Mr. Sexton’s corporate development work on Lionsgate’s acquisitions of two IP companies – Artisan Entertainment ($160M) and Trimark Entertainment
- Mr. Sexton’s operations and portfolio analysis for MediaPact LLC, a $500M media fund, which turned into a management stake in Lionsgate with partners Fidelity, TeleMunchen and Vulcan Ventures.
